High Voltage Roof Bushing
Bushing is the device that enables safe passage of conductor current and insulates the conductor through a partition or wall, through means of attachment (flange or fixing device) to form part of the bushing.
Our bushing is ELRIM Cycloaliphatic Epoxy for roof mount application of high-speed locomotives such as WAP-7, WAG-9, WAG-9H etc.

Motor Termination Kit
The Motor Termination kit consists of multiple components such as terminal bushings, adaptors, plugs etc., to terminate the high voltage motors of 6.6kV, 11kV and 24kV with cables.
The terminal box of high voltage motors is connected with the terminal bushings as per the insulation system such as in air, SF6 or oil. Along with bushings, other components are used to terminate the cable at the bushing terminal.

Cable Head Termination System
The cable head termination system is a specialized termination application designed to safely transmit the power from OHE roof of high-speed locomotives, EMUs/MEMUs/Electric Train Set to the traction vehicle ‘s transformer.
The power is transmitted through the outdoor-indoor cable termination system design and laid between the roof system and primary transformer of the traction vehicle.
Our termination system consists of IEC-60840 standard conformed 26/45 (52kV) XLPE, HEPR Cable of different size and international standard outdoor (IEEE Standard 48-1975, IEC 540, VDE 0278) and indoor connectors (IEEE 386).
The whole assembly is supplied ready to install.
